Once you reach out, our team will talk through your vision and get a feel for the project, then schedule a local project manager — based right in the Merrimack Valley area — to come to your home. They'll take measurements, photos, and notes on the existing space, and start pricing out the hands-on work: demo, framing, drywall, and cabinet installation, along with coordinating any plumbers or electricians your project needs.
From there, our design team finalizes the materials and proposal with you. If you move forward, that same local project manager stays on the job through construction — doing the work, coordinating the trades, and keeping you in the loop every step of the way. You get the design resources and buying power of an established Western Mass showroom, with a real person on the ground in your town managing the actual build.
